Consulting Logistics
Here are the logistics of working with me:
Testing the Waters—Our first 30-minute consultation is complimentary to understand your challenges and determine fit. Alignment on approach is essential for effective consulting.
Meeting Virtually—After signing a consulting agreement, we'll meet for 60-minute sessions via Zoom, Teams, or in person. We'll meet weekly during design phases or bi-weekly during implementation, maintaining regular touchpoints.
Doing the Work—There’s an expectation that your organization will participate in assessments, provide data, and engage stakeholders as agreed upon. I'll provide regular updates and keep deliverables on track.
Planning the Journey—Most engagements run 3-6 months depending on organizational scope and complexity of the leadership strategy we’re developing.
