CONSULTING LOGISTICS
Here’s how we’ll work together:
1. Discovery Call—Our first 30-minute consultation is complimentary to understand your organization’s challenges, goals, and determine fit. Alignment on approach and outcomes is essential for effective consulting.
2. Engagement Structure—After signing a consulting agreement, we’ll establish a regular cadence of 60-90 minute working sessions (virtual or in-person). During design phases, we typically meet weekly; during implementation, bi-weekly with regular check-ins to keep deliverables on track.
3. Your Role—Successful consulting requires active partnership. Your organization will participate in assessments, provide access to stakeholders and data, review deliverables, and engage in the design process. I’ll provide regular progress updates and ensure we stay aligned on priorities.
4. Timeline—Most leadership consulting engagements run 3-6 months, depending on organizational scope and complexity. Some projects (like competency modeling or single program design) may be shorter; enterprise-wide strategy work may extend longer.
